Zuzanna Sosnowska was born in 1993 in Białystok in Poland. She started playing the cello when she was 7. From 2007- 2009 she attended the Zenon Brzewski Music School in Warsaw In prof. Andrzej Orkisz class. For 3 years she has been studying at the Hochschule fur Musik Franz Liszt Weimar with prof. W.E. Schmidt. Zuzanna has won many prizes in national and international competitions, such as: 2nd Prize at International Cello Competition in Liezen, Austria, 1st Prize at International Petar Konjovic Music Competition in Belgrad, Serbia; 2nd Prize at Antonio Janigro International Cello Competition in Porec, Croatia. She has participated In various masterclasses, during which she has worked with professors such as F.Helmerson, Ph. Muller, J.P.Maintz, L. Fenyo, G. Rivinius, J. Berger, K. Michalik. Zuzanna has received a Scholarship from the Polish Minister of Culture and Art Department and the Polish Prime Minister's Scholarhip. During the years 2007-2012, she also took part in the National Children's Fund Program. In 2013 she was awarded with the Deutschland Stipendium and a Scholarship from the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation.

Maciej Kułakowski started his cello classes at the age of six in the class of prof. Jadwiga Ewald. From 2014 he has studied at the Franz Liszt Hochschule fur Music in Weimar, in the class of prof. E. Schmidt and at the Stanislaw Moniuszko Music Academy in Gdansk with prof. Marcin Zdunik. He is an active performing musician with numerous awards at both national and international level competitions.

Dorukhan Doruk was born in 1991 in Istanbul. He began his cello studies in 2000 with Dilbag Tokay In Istanbul and continued with Claus Kanngiesser at the Hochschule fur Musik und Tanz Koln. He is currently studying with Truls Mork at the Norwegian Academy of Music. After his solo debut with an orchestra at the age of 13, he performed with various orchestras such as Zagreb Soloists, Budapest Strings, Slovak Sinfonietta, Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra. Doruk has performed as a soloist and chamber musician at prestigious festivals such as Verbier Festival, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, Istanbul Music Festival and appeared in major concert halls such as Vienna Konzerthaus, Tonhalle Zurich, Victoria Hall Geneva. He has been awarded at various national and international competitions, including the first prze and five special awards at the Antonio Janigro Cello Competition, and first prize at Liezen Cello Competition. He has attended masterclasses and workshops of Yo-Yo Ma, David Geringas, Steven Isserlis and Gary Hoffman. Doruk plays a Lupot Cello which was lent him by the “Guher&Suher Pekinel Young Musicians on World Stages Project” with the financial support of Tupr.

Christoph Heesch

Christoph Heesch was born in 1995 in Berlin. He began playing cello in 2001. In 2004 he joined the class of prof. Matias de Oliveira Pinto (Universitat der Kunste Pre-College). He has won several prizes at national and international competitions: in 2005 and 2008 he won first prize at the nationwide competition „Jugend musiziert“ in the category: duo violin/cello; in 2007 and 2010 he won first prize at the same competition „Jugend musiziert“ in the category: cello solo; in 2014 he won second prize at the 10th „Antonio Janigro“ International Competition. In 2008 he was admitted to the social supporting association LiveMusicNow Berlin. In 2009 he changed to the class of prof. Jens Peter Maintz at the University of Arts Berlin (UDK Pre-College). He is a laureate of the „Ruth-Flesch-Gedachtnispreis“ as an award for young participants at the Carl-Flesch-Academy (2011). In 2013 he graduated from high-school in Berlin (Abitur) and began studying (bachelor) cello at the Universitat der Kunste in Berlin (UDK) in 2014.

Yuya Okamoto

Yuya Okamoto was born in Tokyo in 1994. He received his first cello lessons at the age of six. In 2008 he won the prize “Diploma of Merit” at the 2nd Gasper Cassado International Cello Competition In HACHIOJI. He participated in Saito Kinen Chamber Music Study Group for Young People and Seiji Ozawa Ongaku-Juku. From 2010 to 2013 he went to the Music High school attached to the Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts (Geidai) and studied under Prof. Nobuko Yamazaki. In 2011 he won the 1st prize at the Music Competition of Japan. From 2013 he has studied at Hochschule fur Musik und Theater Munchen under prof. Wen-Sinn Yang. He has also taken part in masterclasses and lessons with prof. W. Boettcher, prof. M. Perenyi, prof. G. Rivinius, prof. N. Gutman, prof. J-P Maintz, prof. T. Tsutsumi and prof. H. Suzuki. As a soloist he has played concertos with the following orchestras: Ensemble of Tokyo, Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic and Bad Reichenhaller Philharmonie.

Anton Mecht Spronk

Anton Mecht Spronk (1994, Holland/Switzerland) is a winner of the 1st prize, audience award and award for the best interpretation of the commissioned work at the renowned Cello Biennale (2014) in Amsterdam. Anton started his cello lessons with his father Frank Spronk when he was four years old. At the age of 12 he went on to study with Monique Bartels in Amsterdam. From 2012 onwards he has been studying in Zurich with Thomas Grossenbacher. He has taken part In masterclasses with Colin Carr, Valter Despalj, Anner Bylsma, Jens Peter Maintz, Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt, Troels Svane and László Fenyö. He is also connected to the International Music Academy in the Principality of Liechtenstein. In Holland, Anton won 1st prizes at the national competition for young music talents in 2003 and 2009. In 2010 he won the 1st prize at the Princess Christina Competition, as well as extra prizes including a solo performance with The Hague Philharmonic orchestra. In 2008 he was invited to play with a piano trio in both Amsterdam (Concertgebouw) and New York (Carnegie Hall). In 2014 he won the Kiwanis Prize 2014 in Zurich with his clarinet trio. Anton plays on a cello which he has on loan from Sol Gabetta.
